IN PERSON - FULL 8 WEEK PROGRAM
Join me for an 8 week course covering multi-system complex chronic illness!
This will be offered as a hybrid (virtual or in-person in Fort Collins). Due to room size, in-person spots are limited. However, if you sign up for an in-person spot you can switch to virtual at any time.
Program will run 10/1-11/19 from 6:30-7:30p at the Foothills Activity Center Community Room.
All recordings will be available to view through the end of the year (2026).
Tentative Schedule:
Week 1 - 10/1: Understanding Multi-system Complex Chronic Illness
Week 2 - 10/8: POTS
Week 3 - 10/15: hEDS
Week 4 - 10/22: MCAS
Week 5 - 10/29: ME/CFS
Week 6 - 11/5: OT to support Multi-system Complex Chronic Illness
Week 7 - 11/12: PT to support Multi-system Complex Chronic Illness
Week 8 - 11/19: Finding Support and Community
Each session is 1-hour long. There will be 30 minutes of educational content followed by 30 minutes of Q&A and discussion. Virtual sessions will have full access to Q&A/discussion but the recordings will only be for the 30 minutes of educational content. In an effort to ensure a safe and supportive environment, all participants must sign a waiver to participate.
