Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take insurance?

No, I do not take insurance. This is largely due to the complexity of insurance contracting and billing. Most insurance plans do not cover Integrative Medicine services, or if they do, they reimburse at the rate of a standard 15-minute office visit. While I understand this can be a barrier, my goal is to offer care that provides real value—time to listen fully to your story, greater access for follow-ups, and the ability to explore your symptoms in depth.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes, I can see patients in-person at the wholeness center or via telehealth. You must be located in the state of Colorado for a telehealth visit.

Can you be my primary care doctor?

While I am board certified in family medicine, I do not serve as a primary care physician in this setting. I can provide many of the same services your primary care provider does, such as sending referrals, ordering tests, and offering ongoing care. However, I do not offer 24/7 call coverage for urgent concerns, so it is important to maintain a relationship with a primary care provider for those needs.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule through the contact form on this website, by email at info@wholeness.com, or by calling our office at 970-221-1106. We are located at the Wholeness Center, 2620 East Prospect Road, Suite #190, Fort Collins, CO.

What happens in a typical first visit?

The initial visit is comprehensive. We’ll review your full health history, lifestyle, symptoms, and goals. Expect to share detailed information to help me create a tailored plan. Follow-up visits allow us to track progress, make adjustments, and deepen our work together.

What conditions do you treat?

I work with patients dealing with issues such as chronic fatigue, sleep disturbances, gastrointestinal concerns, hormone imbalances, women’s health issues, anxiety/depression, and other chronic or functional health conditions.

What is your cancellation policy / fees?

Cancellations or Missed Appointments: Cancellations or reschedules for new patient appointments must be received at least 48 business hours before a scheduled new patient appointment. All other appointments require a notification on cancellations or reschedules at least 24 business hours before scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or late reschedules (emergency excepted) will be charged at one-half (1/2) your full, regular session rate. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without informing Wholeness Center prior to appointment will result in a "No Show". All no shows will be charged at the full, regular session rate
