Do you take insurance?
Yes, I do take insurance at my family medicine practice through Banner Health. I’m a primary care provider, not a specialist so in order to see me you do need to establish with me as your primary care doctor.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, I can see patients in-person at Banner Health or via telehealth. You must be located in the state of Colorado for a telehealth visit.
Can you be my primary care doctor?
Yes, I am only able to see you in the capacity of a primary care doctor. I am not a specialist and so I cannot do consults. You are only allowed to have one primary care provider.
How do I schedule an appointment?

What happens in a typical first visit?
The initial vis only 30 minutes so you’ll spend most of that time provide me with your history and goals for moving forward. Will discuss a plan for follow up to begin chipping away at the issues that are most important to you.
What conditions do you treat?
I work with patients dealing with issues such as chronic fatigue, sleep disturbances, gastrointestinal concerns, hormone imbalances, women’s health issues, anxiety/depression, and other chronic or functional health conditions.
What is your cancellation policy
I am not allowed to charge a fee for cancellations or no-shows. My hope is that you will be respectful of everyone’s time - both mine and patients who wish to receive care. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible so somebody else can take your spot.
