Whole Person Care
Healing begins with your story. My integrative medicine practice at the Wholeness Center in Fort Collins focuses on truly listening, understanding your history, and meeting you where you are. I blend compassionate, evidence-based treatments with lifestyle and holistic methods to help you achieve lasting health and wellbeing.
Please note: All visits are currently cash-pay only. Dr. Bellmore is seeing patients at the Wholeness Center exclusively.

What to Expect
Your first intake visit is more than just a medical history: it’s an opportunity to share your journey. Expect to spend time telling your story while I ask questions to get a full picture of your health. Together, we’ll identify 1-3 key action items to begin with. Follow-ups are typically scheduled in 4-8 weeks, and if needed, brief check-ins by phone or email are available in between.
My Approach to Care
I am board certified in both Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine, fields that focus on practical, sustainable approaches to improving health and well-being. I believe that less is often more. This means I only recommend testing when it’s likely to change your care. For medications and supplements, I use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time needed.
I hold myself to a high standard of practicing evidence-based medicine. When research is limited, I carefully weigh potential risks and benefits before considering alternative treatments. All of these decisions are part of an open conversation, where you have the final say in what feels right for you.
